Port Orange Florida Middelneck Clams

Just got these from the FedEx guy and quickly cooked off a few, they are the most flavorful clams I have ever eaten. Gonna pair them with organic sun dried New Mexican red chilies my aunt got for me while on vacation for appetizer special tonight.
